  1. Prep your Ingredients: Wash your tomatoes and onion, peel your garlic, and gently wipe off your peppers.
  2. Frying Ingredients: Lightly fry peppers in some oil. The arbol chili will cook first. Spoon the peppers out of the pan and set aside. Lightly fry onions and garlic in remaining oil until golden and set aside. Fry tomatoes in remaining oil and then set aside. Blend fried ingredients and remaining oil with salt and oil to taste .
  3. Boiling your ingredients: Boil tomato/s, garlic, onion separate from guajillo and arbol chili separate. Blend with salt, cumin, and water as needed.
  4. This Salsa Goes Great with Tacos! Fish, Chicken, Beef or Pork.
